IWM gives wonderful service. They give clear information succinctly, and do what they promise efficiently, without fuss, in an easy-going way that is friendly and informative. They offer a variety of payment schedules. But what most impressed me was this: they always give a few days’ notice before they do a treatment; they are very responsive, usually answering questions on the same or next day; most importantly, they go way beyond normal expectations in their helpfulness and friendly manner. When I was selling my house, prospective buyers and mortgage providers wanted extra information. IWM provided it quickly at no charge, as if endless questions were not a nuisance, when clearly they must have been!
